We hope you understand that grilling out by the pool with family and friends is very holistically health! Try doing a 1-3 protein days after and ingest no more than 20-50 grams of carbohydrates. Then let it take you 4-28 days with moderate FAT and Protein intake with less than 80 grams of carbs for days 4-28. Do 1weekly (Won’t be very hungry) protein day per week.
