As many of you know, if you can get your 10,000 steps in per day you can have good fat burning at 3 mph. So try this…walk nine holes ASAP-and lose weight before the Holidays! Oh, and have fun too! It will lower your cortisol levels and increase your endorphins!! If you can wear shorts and NOT use sunblock then you will maximize your Vitamin D synthesis and that may help you with seasonal affective disorder (SAD) during these shorter daylight days. The Vitamin D will lift your spirits too with all the anti-inflammatory processes too.
